Warranty

All phones sold by us are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects except in the following cases:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • IMEI barcode not visible on invoice.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Non quality-related issues.
  • Free products.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties or by self service repair.
  • Damage from outside sources.
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).

Any  refund submissions sent directly to us will not be accepted without prior request.

Please inspect the products you have ordered carefully upon receipt and contact us directly if there is any malfunction or damage, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess and correct the problem.

We have a 14 day return policy, this means you have 14 days after you receive the product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you must ensure that your product remains in the same condition in which you received it, Security sealed not tampered and phone unused, and in the original packaging and carton. You also need the original invoice that you received from the delivery representative, as the site’s electronic invoice is not sufficient

When your request to return the product is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund request has been accepted. When the order is approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the payment method you used within up to 21 business days. Please keep in mind that this process may take some time as your bank or credit card company processes this process as well as sending the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your application was approved, please contact us

Please give 21 working days for inspections and 21 working days for repairs.  If the product is qualified to be covered by the warranty, The company will try to fix or replace it, if not then we’ll refund the customer the invoice amount, 7% of the invoice price is deducted for every month starting from the  invoice purchase date.
